Oleg Sivun was born in the remote eastern part of the Soviet Union in 1983. He lived in the GDR together with his parents for a number of years in the late 1980s. After completing school he studied Culturology and Advertising at the St. Petersburg University. Oleg Sivun lives in St. Petersburg.
